So the first award for the Soul Shape Fitness Blog!! I have only been blogging properly for about four months now and it’s brought me nothing but happiness. Meeting new people, receiving great opportunities and constantly learning new things related to the blog every day! Thanks very much to Sam (Raising My Mini Me) for the nomination!
It’s definitely a great feeling to know that what I write is being seen and helping others out there! I’m a huge advocate of supporting people in their endeavours, it could be anything from their business to blogging or sports (especially sports! 😉 )and pushing people to get the best out of themselves!
And there are SO many great blogs out there! So The Liebster Award is a concept where bloggers can nominate other bloggers in order to support, encourage and create a network on the internet!
Now, there are a few rules that accompany this award. See below:
1 – Thank the person/blog who nominated you and post a link to their blog on your blog.
2 – Display the award on your blog. This can be done by including it in your post and/or displaying it using a widget (note: the best way to do this is to save the image to your own computer)
3 – Answer the 10 questions about yourself that your nominating blogger chooses for you.
4 – Nominate 10 blogs that you feel deserve the award. These must be new bloggers (less than two years blogging) who have fewer than 1000 followers.
5 – Create a list of questions for your nominated bloggers to answer.
6 – List these rules in your post (feel free to cut & paste!)
7 – Inform the blogs that you nominated that they have been awarded the award and provide a link for them to your post so that they can learn about it.
1.) What inspired you to start your blog?
My job inspired me, its a great accompaniment to give extra tips, workouts and info to not only my existing clients but also to others out there who aren’t in Munich. I think its a fun way to share everything you know!
2.) What blogging goal are you currently striving for?
I want readers to come to Soul Shape Fitness for guidance and advice, I’m always ready to answer readers questions about workouts, health and nutrition in any way I can.
3.) What activities to you enjoy outside of blogging?
I love meeting friends, cooking and shopping 😀
4.) What tactics do you employ on those days when blogging is hard & frustrating?
I think sometimes you can’t always fit the blog into your day, on the contrary to popular belief, it actually is very time consuming. But I would rather give my readers good content less often, than force bad content just to be able to post something.
5.) If you could have lunch with any famous person, who would you choose?
George Clooney ….;) Who wouldn’t ladies??

7.) What piece of blogging advice have you found to be most helpful?
Just be yourself and don’t compare your blog to others. Blogging has become very popular recently and it seems everyone wants to gain respect. Be Original and Be Authentic – they will get you where you want to go.
8.) Are you a full-time blogger or do you also hold down a day job?
So my blog compliments my day time job which is a personal trainer!
9.) What is your favorite post on your blog thus far?
I love my Cauliflower Crust Quiche! It’s super yummy and everyone seems to love it!
