So I know some people really struggle with healthy meal ideas! Here’s what I had today, a nice healthy portion of chicken. This is important for your muscles to repair quickly after a workout! Some vegetables for your vitamins! Broccoli is one of the best veggies and is filled with goodness such as Vitamin A which helps fight cancer and promotes healthy skin! It is also High in fibre so will keep your digestive system running smoothly! …. And finally, if you’re training don’t cut out carbs completely! Never cut out all carbs for that matter! …..You deserve some yummy yummy sweet potato fries!

To make them:

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. I just chop up some sweet potato, put it in a freezer bag, pour one spoonful of coconut oil into the bag and a teaspoon of paprika, some salt and pepper (depending on how many fries you’re doing) . Then give it a good shake until all is covered!  Place on a tray and into the oven for 30 minutes and VOILA ….. Super yummy fries!!!
