My name is Jess, I am a Personal Trainer from London, based in Munich, Germany. I have been able to channel my love for helping people and passion of movement and nutrition into Soul Shape Fitness. My goal is to pass on my expertise and guidance to you and above all help you get to where you want to be, not just by giving you a standard plan but by teaching you how to get there yourself.

I have now been a personal trainer for 5 years and specialise in female weight loss, getting strong and growing in confidence. It isn’t just about what you do in the gym but also building a positive mindset around our health, nutrition and exercise. I know how overwhelming it can be with so much confusing information on the internet with so many different yo-yo and fad diets. I know how difficult it can be to motivate yourself to workout or stick to a meal plan. I also know how unnerving and uncomfortable it can be walking into a gym not knowing where to start.
Sometimes all you need is for someone to hold you accountable, steer you in the right direction and help you tackle your goals head on and get those results that you really want. I want to join you on your fitness journey, together I know we can get you feeling and looking your best. It’s also not just about looking slimmer or more toned, it’s also about loving yourself in your own skin, feeling confident in your old jeans or in your bikini on that family holiday. As every individual is different, this needs to be personally tailored to suit you, your body and lifestyle.

My background in functional training, strength training and nutrition serve as an all rounded package to guide you every step of your way and tailor each step to your needs. It is important to build strong foundations first and then build from there. 

I hope I can not only inspire you but also teach you that being healthy and fit can be fun and has a positive impact on your life! You deserve to make yourself a priority, self care is a necessity to not only your health but also mental health. Our busy lives sometimes let us forget what really should come first, yourself.

Absolutely in love with what you do. Mindset and awareness is the main factor when it comes to weight loss, weight gain or even trying to live a healthier life. this is something that a lot of people miss. even a lot of experts out there miss that too. The trick and the framework, what to eat, how to exercise is just half the battle. the first half is awareness and the mindset.

So thank you for doing what you do. you are SPOT ON!!
