Protein Pancakes

Sooooooooooo…..

whats yummy, delicious, healthy and super easy to make for breakfast? PROTEIN PANCAKES!!!! I think this is a great snack to cook off a few batches. You can freeze them and eat them when you’re craving something sweet. Or you can cook them in advance for your breakfast etc. Protein is an important part of our diet, especially if you are training, trying to lose fat or gain muscle. Your muscles need protein to repair, so try them out and let me know what you think!

If you use the measuring that I said …1/8 Cup for each pancake, then it makes about 13 pancakes, and I only usually manage half of it and is enough to fill you up.

ALL YOU NEED IS:

1 Banana

3 Egg Whites

2 Scoops Protein (I use Golds Whey)

Coconut oil

 

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a mixer, I use my Vitamix.
  2. Heat some coconut oil in a pan on medium heat.
  3. I like to make the pancakes with 1/8 Cup of mixture, so they are small and a good size.
  4. Flip when bubbles appear in the mixture in the pan.
  5. Add some sugar free maple syrup or some raspberries for added fibre.
