With our personal in-home training sessions, you just have to roll out of bed and into your training gear! We work around your schedule for maximum convenience. Only have time mornings/lunchtime/evenings? No problem! Small children at home and no babysitter? No problem! We factor in your lifestyle and tailor our sessions to suit your needs.

With specialist areas that include functional fitness, core stability and core strength, weights, yoga (Caro), cardio boxing, kettlebells, post-natal fitness, HIT (high-intensity training), sling training, nutrition and weight management and small group/company training, we can mix up your training session so that it never becomes routine. We will then carry out a fitness assessment that includes key measurements, movement and postural assessment and tests to assess your flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Armed with this data, we will develop the road map for your fitness journey and week after week we will be your compass and guide to make sure you don’t lose your way.

Our training time slots are scheduled in advance so that we apply a strict cancellation policy. If a client cancels with less than 24 hrs notice we will not be able to fill that time slot and will lose an entire hour from our work schedule. Clients must therefore provide 24 hours notice if cancelling an appointment – failure to do so will see the client charged in full. No-shows will also be charged the full session rate. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, the 24 hour advance notice is not required, but we would of course appreciate timely notification.  The client will not be charged the session rate if we are unable to make the scheduled time due to an emergency, bad weather, or bad traffic.
