Clean, gluten, sugar and dairy free banana pancakes…

Hi everyone… So I made some ultra yummy pancakes this week! Perfect for that #Fesique ! You can have them for breakfast & they keep you satisfied for ages 🙂 This recipe makes 4-5 small pancakes. All you need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg

What you do:

  • Peel the bananas, chop them up and then mash them up until its a smooth creamy banana mush. I always use a potato masher to mash my banana, its much easier than a fork & a blender can make the pancakes a little bit flat.
  • Add in the egg and mix well.
  • Then put some coconut oil into the pan and heat it to a medium heat. It is crucial that the pan isn’t too hot because these banana pancakes take slightly longer than normal pancakes.
  • When the pan is hot pour in the mix and wait until it starts to bubble up to the outer side. Then flip.
  • Each side takes around 3 minutes. When done, make sure you keep them warm so you can cook off the others and devour all at once.

I always eat mine with some sort of berries, you can even add them into the mix if you’re feeling REALLY healthy. It definitely adds to the flavours! Enjoy!
