Leg Burner Workout

So here are a few leg exercise that you can do at home. I am a huge believer that you don’t need a gym to be able to workout! Using your own body weight is a great way to start off especially if you are at the start of your fitness journey.

We do a lot of own body weight training in our Soul Shape Fitness Bootcamps. Which you can come and try any time at a location of choice in Munich!

Its been scientifically proven that doing 30 minutes of movement/ exercise 3-5 times per week lowers your chances of getting a death related disease by 20%. So make sure you make the most out of being able to move while you’re young!

30 minutes really isn’t a huge part of your day.
